The DAVE Project

The DAVE Project: Dedicated Artists for the Vitality of arts Education is proud to announce its second fundraiser event, the holiday-themed HoliDAVE! on Saturday, November 27th from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm. HoliDAVE! will not only feature incredible cabaret performances by some of our friends from both New York and Rhode Island, but also a beer and wine tasting sponsored by North Smithfield Liquors, a silent auction, and displays by local artists, all amongst the fun holiday celebration, complete with a visit from Santa himself!

Musical Direction by Kevin White, and a live band coordinated by Alex Tirrell!


There will be hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar, and admission is a donation of $35 for those wishing to participate in the beer and wine tasting, or $25 for those who are just looking to enjoy the performances and exciting holiday cheer! All admissions are considered donations, and all donors will receive an official letter for tax time!

Also on Saturday, November 27th at the Hope Artiste Village, The DAVE Project will be hosting a theatre workshop, where our professional New York performer friends will work with workshop participants on a variety of exercises, culminating in monologue performances at 3:00 pm for family and friends! This event is designed for middle school-age to high school-age students, and is for serious participants only. There will be a $10 participation fee, which will cover lunch for the students. You’ll be impressed at what we can accomplish in just five hours!

TO RESERVE TICKETS or a spot for the youth workshop, send an email to DAVE@theDAVEproject.com, call (401) 338-6309, or send a check to The DAVE Project at 10 Railroad Street #237, Slatersville, RI 02876, along with the name on the reservation, how many tickets you would like to reserve, and how we can contact you. ONLINE TICKET PURCHASE at www.theDAVEproject.com will be available within the week! We were nearly at capacity last time, so reserve your tickets ASAP to make sure you get a seat! 

If you or anyone you know are interested in donating an item for the silent auction, displaying artwork, or purchasing an ad in our ad book, be sure to contact us ASAP! All monetary and item donations are eligible for tax deductions, and donors will be provided with a letter for the IRS.
